Returns Policy and Customer Contact & Legal Information
Here at The Print Haven Co. we run a no returns policy due to personalisation of products within The Print Haven Co.
Dependent on the problem, We will refund or replace within 14 days if product recieved is broken or damaged in transit or there is a postal error we can check with Royal Mail.
We will not refund for spelling errors as this is stated on the website on ordering to double check all spelling before submitting orders.
