Returns Policy and Customer Contact Information

Here at Print Haven Co. we run a no returns policy due to personalisation of products within Print Haven Co.

Dependent on the problem, I will refund or replace within 14 days if product is broken or damaged in transit or there is a postal error I can check with Royal Mail.  

We will not refund for spelling errors as this is stated on the website on ordering to double check all spelling before submitting orders.
